Let My People Go- Pharoah Monch

I have a dream.

I have a dream that ignorance shall fade away like winter snow.

I have a dream that the rich and poor will cherish, respect and love each other equally, regardless of wealth or status.

I have a dream that circumstance be not the reason any human being says “I can’t..”, to their dream.

I have a dream that we all live our lives in no sight or prospect of failure or negativity.

I have a dream that woman be regarded as first class citizens of the world, such as the fairer sex.

I have a dream that the significance of a man be not what he attains, but what he longs to attain.

I have a dream that God live in everyone of us.

I have a dream that failure only exist in the dark abyss of our mind and strangers to doubt we shall become.

I have a dream that I live to fulfill, the dreams of many nations through the power of God.

I have a dream that “love” doesn’t only exist, through one’s bloodline, but through embracing even a fimble soul, regardless of colour.

I have a dream to fill my life with motivation. As Zig Zigler “Make motivation a habit and you’ll get there more quickly and have more fun on the trip.”

I have a dream that legends like Dr Martin Luther King jr, Nelson Mandela, victims of the Apartheid regime, Malcom X, Rosa Parks, The Dali Lama, former state President of The Republic Of South Africa, Thabo Mbeki, Desmond Tutu, Albert Einstein, Steve Biko, Tsietsi Mashinini and other globe pioneers, who fought, changed and sacrificed their own lives, be remembered till the end of time.

I have a dream to but go where no man has gone, to choose to control my life, to not live under a stereotype, to fulfill my promise to God, no matter the circumstance, to seek wisdom even in the most bizarre of places, to lend a helping hand, even to the privileged. To understand that failure is not fatal and to love my neighbour as I want to be loved.

I have a dream to understand how great men, like Jesus Christ sacrificed their lives for future generations, they’ve never met.

I have a dream that even Atheist’s can say the Lord’s prayer, even in the privacy of their own homes.

I have a dream that I hurt my mother no more. Bring a smile to her face and pride to her heart.

I have a dream that I live to see the dream that I dream of.

I HAVE A DREAM THAT YOU LIVE THE DREAM THAT YOU ENVISION, FOR THROUGH GOD, ONLY CAN YOU ACHIEVE EVEN THE GREATEST OF TREASURE.- DARE TO DREAM!

What Is A Bro?

You’ve probably heard the word “Bro” used freely at the gym, your campus or maybe in one of those stoner movies, say Pineapple Express, maybe? But you’ve most definitely heard it in the popular TV sitcom, How I Met Your Mother. If you haven’t even watched it, I’m sorry to say this but you have not lived. You most probably have used the word before, you know, whenever. You should know what you say. An important distinction must be drawn: just because a guy is a dude, it doesn’t mean that the dude is a Bro.

Q: So what is a Bro?
A: A Bro, dear reader, is a person who would give you the shirt off his back when he doesn’t want it to wear it anymore. A Bro is a person who will bend over backwards to help you bend someone else over backwards. In short, a Bro is a lifelong companion you can trust will always be there for you, unless he’s got something else going on at the time. This is not your wife.

Q: Who is your Bro?
A: That taxi driver is a Bro, your father was once a Bro, and the kid who looks up to you represents the Bro of tomorrow, but that doesn’t make him your Bro. When someone has faithfully upheld one or more of the codes in the Bro Code (Article #1: Bros before ho’s; Article #10: A Bro will drop whatever he is doing to rush over and help his Bro to dump his chick), then you may consider him your Bro. WARNING: Exercise caution when bringing home a smoking hot chick – your brother may or may not be your Bro.

Q: Can only a guy be a Bro?
A: Well, you don’t need to be a guy to be somebody’s Bro, provided you uphold the moral values contained within the sacred book (which I safely stored somewhere, underground). Should a woman set you up with her busty friend, then she is acting as a Bro. Yes. And if she sets you up with more, provided you slept with first friend and didn’t call her back, then she is officially your Bro.

Unfortunately, due to Article #4 in the Bro Code, I shall not publish the other 140-something articles within the Bro Code. Sorry Bro, strict rules. :)
